I find that the best way to start a relationship and earn the trust with a new client is to afford my own time to any prospective client. All consultations are free when considering our firm for the engagement of our legal services. -
Payment With Credit Card
All major credit cards are accepted, as well as debit cards with VISA/MC designations. All credit card payments are confirmed by receipt issued by the firm. -
Conditional Fees
Contingency cases are accepted on a case by case basis, and generally not offered when remedies are not entirely based on monetary compensation. Also, contingency engagements are not generally offered for complex business litigation or fraud cases. -
Retaines and Rates
We take a "no non-sense" approach to our retainers. Therefore, we do not charge people for ordinary copies, regular postage, or for minimum time requirements, such as a 12 minute charge for a 30 second phone call. I surely don t pay that to attorneys I hire for my companies, so I don t charge my clients like FedEx Kinkos for copies and twelve minute minimum time intervals for work performed under that time.
