Conlan earned his Juris Doctorate while attending The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. in May of 2022. Before earning his J.D., he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration-Finance from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO in 2016. During his time in law school, Conlan also served as a Student has membership of the Public Contract Law Journal. Conlan is currently licensed to help individuals in the State of Missouri.

Prior to joining the St. Louis family lawyers at Stange Law Office, PC, Conlan volunteered with Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts in St. Louis, MO. In this role, he researched an artist’s tax options and attended weekly meetings with other legal volunteers to help strategize on projects for the organization. Before that, Conlan worked as a Financial Analyst for Byrne Software Technologies. Here, Conlan created custom employee project reports, automated senior management’s employee and project evaluation process, built financial forecast models, while also monitoring market and political trends and preparing analysis when applicable.

Outside of his legal work, Conlan is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching and attending many St. Louis Cardinals games each season.
