He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 1993, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University - Paul M. Hebert School of Law in 1996. After completing his education, Mr. Cascio started his legal career as a judicial law clerk for Judge James T. Genovese of the 27th Judicial District Court in St. Landry Parish. He then moved on to practice law in New Orleans, specializing in insurance defense and litigation.
