He attended Enka High School and then UNC-Chapel Hill for college before pursuing his law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law. After passing the Bar Exam, Brian practiced law in the Raleigh area for nearly 20 years, focusing on serious personal injury, catastrophic injury cases, and wrongful death cases.
