Paden grew up in northeast Mississippi near the birthplace of Elvis. He has a unique background, earning undergraduate degrees in Music Education and Performance from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Music degree in Trombone Performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Before pursuing a career in law, Brian briefly taught Rock and Roll History at his alma mater and served as an Adjunct Professor of Trombone at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Brian\s journey to becoming a lawyer took a detour when he worked as the director of the nonprofit organization Volunteer Hattiesburg and later as a REALTOR® on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. However, his passion for law led him to attend law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law. During law school, Brian founded the Nebraska Law and Business Association to highlight the importance of lawyers in the business world. He also gained valuable experience as a Contracts Analyst Intern at NUtech Ventures, where he worked with patents and trademarks. In his final year of law school, Brian assisted clients with business and intellectual property issues at the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic, graduating with a concentration in intellectual property in 2019. After law school, Brian made the move to Nashville to immerse himself in the dynamic entertainment industry. His current focus is on helping clients make informed business decisions and safeguarding their assets through thoughtful estate planning. Outside of the office, Brian enjoys hiking, grilling, and smoking BBQ. He also appreciates the relaxed atmosphere and camaraderie of a cigar lounge.
