Mr. Snyder's expertise includes preparing and filing nonimmigrant visa petitions and applications, such as for E, H, L, O, P, R, and TN visas. He also handles employment-based immigrant visa matters, including PERM based EB-2 and EB-3 petitions, petitions for multinational executives and managers, outstanding researchers, individuals with extraordinary ability, EB-2s with National Interest Waivers (NIW), and religious workers.
