Barnaby Grzaslewicz is a Partner within the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Practice Group at Morris James LLP. With a focal point on litigation related to organizations and other commercial enterprise entities fashioned underneath Delaware law, Barnaby is an experienced Delaware litigator.
Barnaby represents customers inside the Delaware Court of Chancery in diverse enterprise disputes, which include breach of fiduciary obligation, breach of agreement, and fraud movements. He also handles disputes arising beneath Delaware’s company and opportunity entity statutes, including manage contests, needs for books and statistics, and needs for development and indemnification.
In addition to his work within the Delaware Court of Chancery, Barnaby has an energetic practice before the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court. Recently, he correctly prosecuted a put up-acquisition fraud claim as first chair litigation and trial suggest, resulting in a multi-million greenback judgment for his patron.
