Autumn HajMohammad is a California native who is known for her smart and focused approach in defending clients accused of criminal charges in the East Bay area including Oakland, Hayward, Fremont, Alameda, and Pleasanton.

Autumn HajMohammad, a California native, completed her B.A. in Public Policy at California State University, Bakersfield, while working for a State Senator. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, graduating with honors and being granted membership into the prestigious Traynor Honor Society.

Before opening her own firm, Ms. HajMohammad worked for the Kern County Public Defender's Office where she defended clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies. She also successfully represented clients convicted of homicide and sex offenses seeking habeas relief.

Now accepting privately retained and court-appointed clients, Autumn HajMohammad defends those accused of criminal charges in the East Bay area, including Oakland, Hayward, Fremont, Alameda, and Pleasanton, as well as in the greater Bay Area. She zealously defends clients in a variety of criminal cases including theft crimes, drug crimes, sex crimes, domestic violence, DUI, and crimes of violence.

Ms. HajMohammad is known for her smart, focused, and sometimes creative approach as she understands the "big picture" is just as important as scrupulous attention to each detail of a case. She brings experience and savvy advocacy to each case whether engaged in motion work, plea negotiations, jury trial, or appeal.
