Retaines and Rates
Our services are generally provlded on an hourly basis. We will work on a fixed fee basis for certain transactions. We require engagement letters as part of the arrangement. Our billing rate are less than large law offices (we keep our overhead down and do not have any dead weight). I have worked in large law offices - my personal billing rate is a lot less than what the large firm charged for my time.
