About
Anthony Pinizzotto is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience in real estate, estate planning, probate, business law, and elder law in Port Orange, Florida. I have been practicing law for more than two decades, and in 2012, I established my own law office in Port Orange, Florida. My areas of expertise include real estate, estate planning (such as wills & trusts, durable power of attorney, designation of health care surrogate, and living will), probate, business law, corporate and LLC formations, and elder law – specifically Medicaid planning. Prior to starting my own practice, I served as an associate general counsel for a prominent commercial real estate developer, where I gained valuable knowledge and experience in the field. Over the course of my career, I have been involved in numerous commercial and residential property closings, as well as handling estate probates, drafting wills and trusts, and providing legal representation for elder law matters while working for a small law office. Before pursuing a career in law, I worked as an aircraft dispatcher for a major airline and also hold a commercial pilot license with instrument and multi-engine ratings. My diverse background and experiences have equipped me with a unique perspective and skill set that I bring to my legal practice. In addition to my legal work, I am an active member of the Volusia County Bar Association and the Port Orange-South Daytona Chamber of Commerce, where I am committed to serving and supporting the local community. Overall, I am dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to my clients in Port Orange, Florida, and beyond, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of my practice.
