Andrew Rudolphi, a Trial Lawyer based in McLean, Virginia, is a dedicated member of the Virginia State Bar. With a strong background in litigation and criminal law, Mr. Rudolphi founded Rudolphi Law PLLC in 2019 after serving as a senior associate at a prominent northern Virginia law practice for several years. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled numerous trials and litigated a wide range of legal matters, always prioritizing the best interests of his clients.
Before pursuing his legal education at The Catholic University Columbus School of Law, Mr. Rudolphi gained valuable experience as a paralegal at the D.C. office of the international law firm, McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. During his time there, he assisted attorneys in various practice areas, including export compliance, government contracts, and criminal investigations. His dedication to pro bono work earned him recognition from the firm in 2009 for his outstanding contributions.
Upon enrolling at the Columbus School of Law in 2010, Mr. Rudolphi focused his studies on general litigation and criminal law. He also actively participated in the school\s Journal of Law, Philosophy, and Culture, eventually serving as Symposium Editor. Additionally, he gained practical experience through the school\s clinical program at Columbus Community Legal Services, where he successfully represented clients in court as a third-year law student.
As a legal practitioner, Mr. Rudolphi has shared his knowledge and expertise by teaching moot court at the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy and conducting Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on DWI and criminal procedure through the Arlington County Bar Association. Currently, his practice primarily focuses on Criminal Defense, DUI/DWI, Reckless Driving, and Expungements, reflecting his commitment to providing top-notch legal representation to his clients.
