Her journey in the legal field began in 1985 when she joined the firm as a managing paralegal. During this time, she had the opportunity to learn all the practices and procedures of the firm under the guidance of Mr. Wittenstein and the rest of the staff. In 1995, Alyce decided to further her education and attended CUNY Law School. During her time there, she excelled as a teaching assistant for Civil Rights leader Haywood Burns. Additionally, she founded a Human Rights Delegation to Haiti and had the privilege of studying Constitutional Law with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Alyce\s experience continued to grow as she worked at the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), where she gained valuable insights into Employment Discrimination matters. Armed with this knowledge and her passion for Civil Rights, she was admitted to the Bar in 1999 and joined the firm as a lawyer specializing in Personal Injury cases. In 2000, Alyce\s dedication and hard work paid off as she became a partner at the firm, leading to the name change to Wittenstein & Wittenstein, Esqs. PC. Today, Alyce continues to provide expert legal counsel to clients in Forest Hills and beyond, drawing on her extensive experience and commitment to upholding justice.
