Alex R. Hess is a seasoned trial attorney and bankruptcy practitioner with a wealth of experience in handling high-profile federal, internal, state, and local investigations. His background includes prosecuting embezzlement and corporate shareholder disputes, as well as defending felonies, securities fraud, and homicide cases. As lead counsel in federal and state court, Alex also handles mortgage fraud disputes, adversary proceedings during contested bankruptcies, appeals, and commercial contract disputes.

In bankruptcy matters, Alex has served as Chapter 7 Trustee's Counsel and has extensive experience representing creditors and Chapter 11 debtors in complex bankruptcy disputes, adversary proceedings, and contested secured lien litigation in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts nationwide. He is known for his expertise in handling complex financial investigations and business disputes, representing families, closely held corporations, shareholders, investors, and businesses in public or private disputes.
