About
Learn more about Aaron Walsh, a dedicated lawyer in Nashville, Tennessee, with a focus on family and domestic law, as well as criminal defense cases. I grew up in Nashville, attending Eakin Elementary, Caldwell Middle, and Hillsboro High Schools. Throughout my life, I have experienced various family dynamics, including being a stepchild and a stepfather. I have faced challenges such as divorce, but I am now happily married with children of my own. During my time at Hillsboro High School, I was honored to receive the Ed Hessey award, a recognition that holds a special place in my heart. Following high school, I pursued higher education and spent five memorable years at college during the Payton Manning era. In 1997, I graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. After graduation, I began my career in Nashville and Charleston, South Carolina, working for the U.S. trucking division of a leading international shipping company. However, after three years in the corporate world, I decided to further my education and obtained my law degree from the University of South Carolina in 2003. During my time at law school, I gained valuable experience by clerking for a local law office and contributing to the student staff of the ABA Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal. I was recognized for my academic achievements and made it onto the Dean\s List while still finding time to enjoy my time at USC. Following graduation, I worked in a law office and served as an Assistant Public Defender before establishing my private practice in 2007. My primary focus is on family and domestic law, where I am dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal issues. Additionally, I continue to handle criminal cases at all levels, ensuring that my clients receive the best possible representation. I am currently licensed to practice law in both South Carolina and Tennessee, allowing me to assist clients in both states with their legal needs.
